Rate Information
The rate is €70 per hour.
Cancellation Policy
Important: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. This applies to all types of appointments provided by Living Practice: First appointments, Intakes, Sessions, Coaching, Session Phone – and Video Calls.
If you fail to cancel, the first hour plus the room rental fee will be charged.
Duration of an Initial Appointment
The initial appointment starts with an intake session lasting just over an hour. This is immediately followed by a first session of approximately 2 hours.
As a result, the total duration of the initial appointment is about 3 hours.
Duration of a Follow-up Appointment
A follow-up appointment lasts an average of 2.5 hours but may vary. The minimum duration for a follow-up appointment is 2 hours.
If you have limited time or budget, please inform me in advance. I will ensure that the appointment does not exceed 2 hours.
This may mean that not all parts of the session can be completed or that some topics will need to be addressed in a subsequent appointment. It could also result in less time being allocated to the pre- or post-session discussion.
Payment
The total amount for the appointment is settled immediately afterward. Payment can be made in cash, via bank transfer, or using a payment request. For payment requests, you must have a Dutch bank account.
Living Practice is a member of NIBIG. If payment is not made, Living Practice will be compelled to transfer the invoice to Smit & Legebeke Bailiffs.
Insurance Reimbursement
Living Practice is a professional member of the NVRT (Dutch Association of Reincarnation Therapists).
Please contact your Dutch health insurer directly to check whether part of the therapy costs can be reimbursed.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
From January 1, 2025, the NVRT will no longer be recognized for reimbursement by Dutch health insurers. As a result, sessions at Living Practice will no longer qualify for (partial) reimbursement by health insurers from January 1, 2025.
For clients who began their process with Living Practice in 2024, there will be a transition period. The costs of sessions may still be partially reimbursed until July 1, 2025. Always contact your insurer first to ensure eligibility for partial reimbursement.
